Shipping Policy
Before your order ships, please read through our shipping policy. Shipping fees are calculated separately — after your
item arrives at our warehouse — based on actual weight, dimensions, and destination. Here's everything you need to know:
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
- Express (UPS / DHL / FedEx) — 4–7 days | Duties not included
- Dedicated Air Line — 7–12 days | Duties included (some EU & South America exceptions)
- Sea Freight + Express — 18–25 days | Duties included
- Sea Freight + Truck — 25–30 days | Duties included
- Land Transport (Train) — 30–45 days | Duties not included
Customs & Duties:
For Express and Land Transport, you are responsible for customs clearance. If customs fails due to non-payment or
missing documents, all resulting costs are the buyer's responsibility. Extra caution is advised for buyers in parts of
Europe, Indonesia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa.
Shipping Fee Process:
Fees are invoiced separately when your item reaches our warehouse. You'll receive a full shipping invoice with available
options, weight, dimensions, and whether duties are included. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
Warehouse Storage Fees:
- First 7 days: Free
- Day 8 onward: 1% of product price per day, per item
- Maximum storage period: 30 days (after which items may be disposed of with no refund)
Order Consolidation:
Multiple orders can be combined into one shipment at no consolidation fee. Storage fees for items awaiting consolidation
are capped at 10% of product price. No maximum waiting period for consolidation.
Shipping Insurance:
Strongly recommended for high-value pieces. Full insurance rate is 5% of product value — CFS covers 50%, so your cost is
just 2.5%.
Damage Claims:
Must be filed within 72 hours of delivery with a complete, continuous unboxing video and clear damage photos. Without
full video evidence, carriers may deny claims.
Lost Packages:
Confirmed lost shipments are refunded per our Return & Refund Policy. If insurance was purchased, claims are filed on
your behalf.
Delivery & Address:
All deliveries require an in-person signature. Ensure your shipping address is accurate at time of ordering — CFS is not
responsible for losses due to incorrect address information.
